  • Custom software solutions.
  • Digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.
  • Hosting and maintenance services.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel the service and receive a full refund if the project has not yet started.
  • After Project Commencement: If the project has already started, the cost of the work completed up to the cancellation date will be deducted, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
  • Ongoing Services (e.g., hosting or ad campaigns): Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

  • Digital Services: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds may not be available once the work has been delivered or a significant portion has been completed, unless there is a clear breach of the agreed terms.
  • Errors or Deficiencies: If a service is found to have errors or deficiencies caused by us, we will either fix the issue, re-deliver the service at no extra cost, or issue a partial/full refund depending on the case.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Certain fees, such as domain registration, third-party software licenses, or paid advertising costs, are non-refundable.

5. Request Procedure for Cancellation or Refund

  • All requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@yahya-masri.com
  • Requests must include: Client name, invoice or contract number, service description, and reason for cancellation or refund.
  • Requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 7 business days.

6. Exceptions

  • This policy does not apply if the client violates our Terms & Conditions or breaches contractual obligations.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., legal changes, government restrictions).
